Weird Sounds heard in Mayodan NC; Could it be HAARP?

Around 7:05PM to 7:11PM there was a horn type of sound playing over Mayodan, NC which sounded unlike any sound ever heard before for over 4 years of which I have lived in Mayodan, NC. Could they have anything to do with the HAARP Program?
Yes there was a Horn type of sound frequency that a human can hear and USWGO also recorded it close to around 7:11PM. The sounds are believed to be for around 5 minutes since 7:05PM. At 7:11PM My own mother checked to see if any trains were going by and of course there were no trains.
